AI and automation that earn their place in your business

We start with the work you actually do — the handoffs, the copy-paste, the spreadsheet everyone depends on — and only then decide whether AI, an automation, a small piece of custom software, or nothing at all is the right answer.

Where we help

Four kinds of work, one way of working

Most engagements start as one of these and stay deliberately small until something is proven.

AI solutions integration

Finding where AI creates real value in your workflow — assistants, internal copilots, document processing, knowledge retrieval — and integrating it into the systems your team already uses.

Business process analysis

Process mapping, bottleneck and repetitive-task analysis, information-flow review. Technology should solve a problem you can name, not arrive because it exists.

Workflow automation

Reliable automation across the systems you already run: API integrations, webhooks, scheduled and event-driven workflows, data synchronisation, reporting and notifications.

Custom software & IT

Dashboards, internal web applications, data-processing tools and API services where off-the-shelf automation genuinely falls short — plus the general IT work around them.

How we work

Discover, analyse, prototype, deploy

The same line runs through every engagement, and it is the line drawn in our mark. Not every project needs every stage — delivery stays proportional to the size of the problem.

  1. Discover

Understand the business problem in the client’s own terms, and the systems and processes already in place.

  2. Analyse

Map the current workflow, define a measurable problem, identify the options, and weigh build against buy.

  3. Prototype

Build something small and real, validate it against actual operational results, and keep or discard it on that evidence.

  4. Deploy

Integrate, test, document, hand over with your approval, then measure — and optimise only where the numbers justify it.

A sensible first step

The two-week AI & operations diagnostic

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee piece of work with a clear end date. We look at how a part of your business runs today and come back with something you can act on, whether or not you go on to build anything with us.

  • A map of the workflow as it actually happens, not as the manual describes it.
  • The repetitive and manual steps, ranked by the time and error cost they carry.
  • For each opportunity: an honest read on effort, risk and whether automation or AI is even the right tool.
  • A build-versus-buy view, so you are not sold a custom system you did not need.
  • One candidate worth prototyping first — or a clear recommendation to leave things alone.

The fee is fixed and agreed before we start. Tell us roughly what you are looking at and we will scope it with you.

Straight answers

What we will not do

Being clear about this early saves everyone time.

  • We do not promise guaranteed business outcomes.
  • We do not recommend AI because AI is fashionable. If ordinary software, a process change or a simple automation solves it better, we will say so.
  • We do not recommend automation where the economics do not justify it.
  • We do not replace systems that are working just to have built something.
  • We do not hide meaningful limitations — of a tool, a model, or of what we can do.
  • We are vendor-neutral and model-agnostic, so we have nothing to gain from pushing a particular platform.

Tell us what is slow, manual, or error-prone

One conversation is usually enough to tell whether there is something worth doing. If there is not, we will say that too.
